DELIVERIES

We ship internationally. Ship fees vary according to destination address and they are supported by our customers. Also, any tariffs and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once the package leaves our atelier, we are no longer responsible for the quality process. Although we are working with the CTT (the prime shipping company in Portugal) for a better service, we cannot have control on the shipping process.

This way Mia Maria is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen packages or undelivered items. Buyers assume all the risk. Delayed scanning by the shipping service company is out of our control. Please be aware that sometime the delivery company may take a bit longer to update their tracking, and you may contact your local post office in any problem arises.

ORDER TIMINGS

After you order, please consider an average of 7 working days until the product is shipped. Mia Maria team will make all the efforts in order to decrease this time in every order received.

RETURNS

Only personalized orders can not be returned.

You have 10 working days to post it back or return it, and it has to be unused and in perfect conditions, with all labels on, so we can sell to someone else. In case we the product is not in these conditions, you will not be reimbursed and you will be requested to pay the shipping back to your address. We appreciate your consideration and comprehension for these terms.
